As a hypnotherapist that has helped and guided clients successfully through their trauma healing journeys, I’m quite surprised by how limited the information that clients have. Typically, I see clients after they’ve been to a psychiatrist, then many years of psychotherapy, psychological visits and finally, when they’re willing to give up, they try a hypnotherapist. Surprisingly they find that within several sessions their trauma is removed and they can now get on with their lives. The sessions are light, easy, tears of joy may erupt and they’re totally surprised how trauma healing can be so quick and painless. So, I decided to present a list of 5 things that my clients have shared with me that they wished their trauma therapists would have shared with them.

We don’t know what cures trauma. Psychiatrists give plenty of medication for you to alleviate symptoms of sleeplessness, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviours and the list goes on. They don’t know which specific pill helps you. They look at your behaviour and try to alleviate it with another new drug, not understanding where the trauma is located or how to pull it out of a person? Psychologists think that the trauma could be in the body, or maybe it’s in the mind, or the memory, or the emotions, which in the end means that if you don’t know where it’s located, how do you remove it. Should you dance? Should you talk in groups? New therapies are developed with limited results. They never consider the spirit.

You better be prepared for years of therapy. Typically the clients that I see who have been to psychologists, or psychiatrists have spent many years in therapy. I had a woman with over 30 years of therapy and a full year of EMDR (eye movement and desensitization and receptivity-a common psychological treatment modality) treatments, who after 3 hypnosis sessions found that her trauma was released and didn’t need me anymore. If you’re dealing with disease, be prepared for weekly visits, new medications, new modalities, and yet the same results.

We don’t know where the trauma is located! Some therapists think it’s in the body, others think it’s in the mind, or memory, still others who believe in Vogel therapy believe it’s in the unconscious. The approach from the therapy community is similar to the game whack a mole, not knowing where it’s located and then trying to hit it with a mallet whenever it shows up. The common thread with all these therapies is that they focus on the body, and the mind, but totally forget about the spirit. The most amazing thing that I find is that the word psychology, stems from the work psycho and logos, which means to study or knowledge of the spirit, however, psychologists never consider the spirit useful for therapy.

We will need you to relive your trauma in order to heal from it. When I first started working with trauma, I too believed that I needed to hear about it. However, I found that being an empath and listening to these stories affected me. I felt worn out, even slightly traumatized from listening to these experiences. I started to investigate the fact that trauma therapists were now needing healing. This continued for me until I started to expand my knowledge about trauma by investigating and learning about energy work and the ethereal. Could trauma be located in the spirit and if so, could we remove it without re-traumatization? I found that I had solved my search. Currently, most trauma therapies, and specifically EMDR continue going into the trauma event with the belief that you need to relive it, in order to heal from it. After discovering how to heal trauma in the spiritual realm, we no longer relive trauma. Honestly, who wants to relive their rape, sexual molestation or assault. There is no need to do this and I’ve found that you need to search for a therapist that will not force you to relive your trauma. My trauma sessions are easy, and light with no dissociation or retraumatization.

You will be dissociating after your therapy, however, we don’t have time for you to process that. Typically, after an EMDR session many clients need time to process their session. It’s very common for EMDR clients to use alcohol or drugs to process their trauma sessions. They start to use these substances to heal from reliving their trauma. Although they may be told about dissociation, they don’t understand the levels of retraumatization that will affect them and go on this roller coaster journey of emotions. The psychologist only sees them for an hour, while their healing journey to normalcy after a session may take several days.

Healing trauma by healing the spirit is the safest, quickest way that I have found to help you if you’re struggling with therapies. Please reach out if you’d like to learn more. tmachula66@Gmail.com

Once upon a time there was a great inventor. He was a man angry with the world. He didn’t fit in, he couldn’t talk to anyone, he had few friends. He wasn’t willing to change so he stayed in his depression. He was angry at everyone and everything. He was mad at the people, the birds chirping, the dogs barking, the cats meowing. So, he got tired of being unhappy, he kept on looking at his facebook, instagram feeds with people all happy. So he decided to pray:

“God, you’ve come to me in dreams before and given me inspiration that helped me create riches. Even though I have all these riches, I’m still unhappy. Show me a way for me to invent and create true happiness,” said the man.

In a dream, God came to him like he did all the other times before and told him to pay attention and watch how his heart feels. This will then make him eternally happy.

The inventor got to work, and worked through the night, and in the morning he believed he listened to God’s word and literally made a watch. He called it a “Happiness Watch”, and it was made in the shape of a heart.

But he needed to test it.

He put it on and it still didn’t ring and it showed that he was unhappy. So, he ran out to see his neighbour, who lived in a big beautiful house next door. The closer he got, he heard how his neighbour was yelling in a fight with his wife. His neighbor was totally unhappy, and the watch signified greater unhappiness for our inventor.

Maybe happiness is not here, maybe I need to travel to find it? He thought.

He was convinced the secret to happiness was a fast car. He got into his car which was a very fancy sports car, however, he took it for granted. Then he joined the super highway with all the traffic and all their expensive, fast cars and yet everyone was unhappy.

Maybe it’s with the people who have jobs? The secret to happiness is a good job. He stood in rush hour on a subway, and joined people rushing to work, his watch moved to the middle between happiness and unhappiness, but it showed they still weren’t happy.

Maybe it’s in a bar? That’s where people are always celebrating, dancing, and having fun. So, he went to a bar, and stood around, and saw how people were drinking their problems away, unhappy.

On the way home, he threw the watch into the garbage.

“Stupid God, you failed big time on this one,” he thought. The watch never showed true happiness. “I’ll never bother you again.”

So, he went home dejected and unhappy.

A homeless woman looking through the garbage finds the happiness watch and puts it on. The watch starts ringing, then she finds some leftover pizza in the garbage, and the watch starts showing more happiness, ringing again. She finds another piece, and shares it with her friend, and the watch shows even more happiness ringing even louder. Then she gives her crumbs to a bird, and the watch rings even louder. The bird sings a song for the woman, and the woman’s watch rings even more. Into the park the woman goes, and she walks over a bridge, and she stops to look at the fish swimming, and the watch rings again. She finds a bench, the watch rings. She watches a sunset, the watch rings the last time for that day.

It’s a new day, she wakes up, glad that she has another day to live and the watch rings again. While seated on the bench, she pulls an old tarnished locket from around her neck. It seems like it is the woman’s only “valuable” possession. She unlocks the heart shaped locket. The camera is focusing on her face. Her eyes start to water, a small tear slowly starts in the corner of her eye. She smiles a very happy smile. Her face glows, she puts her hand on her heart and then the watch rings.

She gets up and there’s a garbage basket bin by her bench. She then throws away the watch.

“It’s disturbing my peace and happiness,” she says, and she walks into the sunrise.

It is one of the most helpless feelings to watch a loved one go through the difficulty of struggling with their weight and body image. Typically, it takes time to determine that the situation is serious enough to warrant mental health expertise. By this time, your loved one is getting to a critical stage which may require special feeding procedures to maintain life. While they’re doing that, you’re trusting that they’re getting the mental health therapy that will get them on the road to recovery. What are the questions that you should be asking your mental health therapist in order to understand how quickly, and the process that your child will undergo?

The first question you should ask is “What part of the mind will you be working on with my daughter?”

Why is this important, and how does it affect her mental health program? Well the modality or process that the therapist will be using will determine the length of time that it will take for a turnaround to health. With anorexia and bulimia, time is critical.

So let me explain why asking about the mind is so important. Food related diseases of the mind need to be addressed in the mind. The mind is made up of 3 parts as explained by psychologists. It is the conscious mind which is what we see, hear, communicate, i.e. our verbal conscious selves. Then there is the unconscious part of the mind that controls our breathing, blinking, bloodwork, hormonal, digestive areas which we do not consciously control because our body and mind does this on autopilot. Lastly, there is the subconscious part of the mind. This is where we find our behaviours, our memories, our emotions, our trauma.

So, what are the sizes of each portion of the mind?

“The information & files that you have stored in your computer but are not in use are in your subconscious mind. Many experts believe our subconscious mind controls over 90% of what we do and how we show up.In fact, Dr. Bruce Lipton at Stanford University Medical Center is an expert on the Power of Your Subconscious Mind. He provides valuable insight, “Most people don’t even acknowledge that their subconscious mind is at play when the fact is it is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind and that we operate 95 to 99 percent of our lives from subconscious programs…”Your subconscious mind is responsible for the involuntary actions you take such as breathing without being conscious of it or driving to work and not even remembering the journey. Your emotions, beliefs and memories are stored in your subconscious mind.Your subconscious mind is subjective and follows the instructions it is given. The subconscious mind lacks reasoning, logic or rationalization. It is a creature of habit and repetition. https://www.advisorpedia.com/growth/the-power-of-your-subconscious-mind/”

Scientists found that the subconscious is from 90 to 99% of the mind. The balance is the conscious mind and the unconscious.

In a study by David Eagleman, Stanford University Neuroscientist and Director of Neuro-Law, “40 out of 11 000 000 brain receptors are the conscious mind. Exact percentages are not known, but consider that for nerve receptors entering your brain (11,000,000) only about 40 parts of info are held in consciousness at any one moment. A lot of info is dumped in this process but we are not even talking about the computing going on before anything comes into conscious awareness. PS that time delay is about .5 seconds.”

Therefore, 99% of therapy should be in the subconscious mind. It just makes common sense, that you would prefer to drive your car on 99% of the road instead of 1% of the road. Another example of conscious mind therapy that has relatively no effect on smokers is cigarette packaging. If conscious mind therapy was so effective, warning labels would immediately register in the mind and the behaviour would change accordingly.

How does this relate to the therapy that you’re choosing for your daughter? Well, CBT, talk therapy, client focussed therapy, DBT therapy are all conscious mind therapies. They are working on 1 to 10% of the mind. What does that mean for outcomes and number of sessions?

Psychoanalysis can be expected to have a 38% recovery rate after approximately 600 sessions.

CBT – Behaviour therapy (Wolpian) can be expected to have a 72% recovery rate after an average of 22 sessions.

Hypnotherapy can be expected to have a 93% recovery rate after an average of 6 sessions

Source: Barrios, Alfred A. “Hypnotherapy: A Reappraisal,” Psychotherapy: Theory, Research and Practice (1970)

Now, granted, CBT and DBT have improved since the 1970s. However, the underlying premise that working in the subconscious as the most effective place for therapy still stands. Furthermore, there should be a heightened awareness and professional ethics to use the most effective therapies for the client. With respect to anorexia this is even more urgent. What is hypnosis and why is it so effective? All hypnosis is simply self hypnosis or a guided meditation. The hypnotherapist can take you into the subconscious with a light trance, ie alpha frequency state of your mind or a deeper theta frequency. The theta frequency is the one where you experience dreams. Through the power of suggestions, imagery, metaphors, the client comes to new realizations, understandings, and acceptance. Typically in a session with a client exhibiting anorexia, we never get into body image, diet, or weight. The sessions are focussed on trauma release, forgiveness, self love, depression, anxiety, pain management, and we also include a spiritual component as well. Hypnosis has been proven extremely effective : ie smoking cessation, 90.6% Success Rate for Smoking Cessation Using Hypnosis. Int J Clin Exp Hypn. 2001 Jul;49(3):257-66. Barber J. We now need more studies and more mental health practitioners learning and succeeding with hypnosis to apply it to anorexia and bulimia.

Studies have proven that 75% of struggling with eating disorders admit to experiencing trauma, while 50% have a history of PTSD.” Therefore, trauma release therapy should be one of the first types of therapies that are practiced.

What are the therapies involved?, how do they work, how long do they take and what is the result?

So, let’s break this down so that you can understand the different modalities that psychologists use to treat trauma. Trauma is based on an event that becomes a memory. The energy of the event is then stored in the body. Trauma is not in the conscious mind, yet cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy are two conscious mind therapies that are currently being used quite popularly with clients. Typically for dialectical behavioural therapy to work it takes 4 to 6 months of 1 hour sessions. There is a definite correlation to the length and success of the therapy with the portion of the mind that is focussed upon. If trauma is a memory, then the therapy that one undergoes should be focussed on the place where memories are stored, which is the subconscious mind or 90 to 99% of the mind, instead of the conscious mind. https://www.advisorpedia.com/growth/the-power-of-your-subconscious-mind/”

“The energy of the trauma is stored in our bodies’ tissues (primarily muscles and fascia) until it can be released. This stored trauma typically leads to pain and progressively erodes a body’s health. Emotions are the vehicles the body relies on to find balance after a trauma.”https://www.iptmiami.com/news/Learning_How_to_Unlock_Tissue_Memory#:~:text=The%20energy%20of%20the%20trauma,progressively%20erodes%20a%20body’s%20health.&text=Emotions%20are%20the%20vehicles%20the,find%20balance%20after%20a%20trauma.

Because the energy of the trauma is stored in the body, therapies that are applied to the body, such as massage, yoga, physical activity, running, body dynamics, all help in releasing the energy. They don’t help in explaining and removing the trauma, but they help in letting out the steam or a safety valve for the effects of the trauma.

Again, where are emotions stored? They are stored in the subconscious. Therefore, therapy that focuses on the location of the emotions will be more successful. However, current therapies are predominantly in the area of the conscious mind, which some psychologists have determined as less than 1% of the mind.

The other equally important question that you should be made aware of is the fact that the majority of current conscious mind therapies utilize retraumatization and dissociation as a treatment for trauma. There is no need to be retraumatized in order to heal from trauma.

Should one undergo retraumatization in order to heal from trauma? Currently, there are a number of conscious mind therapies, or CBT therapies that are being used where retraumatization and dissociation is practiced to remove trauma. They are “Exposure Trauma Therapy”, “In-vivo Exposure Therapy”, and “Imaginal Exposure Therapy”. Furthermore, EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Receptivity is a hybrid conscious/subconscious mind therapy that focuses on retraumatizing the client to their trauma so that they can process the event of their trauma. These therapies take multiple sessions and sometimes the therapist might do 3 or more sessions for the client to process one trauma event. If there are multiple trauma events for the client, the client’s therapy becomes a roller coaster of emotions, dissociations and retraumatization.

Also, we have an unconscious mind therapy called polyvagal that involves retraumatization, and multiple sessions where the focus is on changing the animal instinct of the client to the traumatic event. The unconscious mind which deals with the flight and fight instincts, the breathing, hormonal areas, is a limited portion of the mind, therefore, it’s not the best area to focus therapy on.

So, what are the therapies available in the subconscious mind? As a hypnotherapist practising in the subconscious, I would use “Regression to Cause” therapy while making sure that the client can view or dissociate from their experience in the current time line. This therapy, depending upon the event, would take 1 to 3 sessions to process, there would be no retraumatization, there would be an emotional release, and the memory of the trauma would stay, however, the trauma would be processed. These sessions were quite intensive both for the client as well as for myself. However, I was always looking for new and better methods to process trauma therapy. That is how I came upon spiritual regression hypnotherapy.

So, if you don’t want to be retraumatized and you want to heal, what are the therapies that you should choose? “ Numerous studies have reported the positive effects of spiritual practices on physiological markers of PTSD including brain wave patterns, heart rate and rhythms, and heart rate variability” (Steinhubl et al. 2015, Chalmers et al.2014, Sammito et al. 2015).

Carl Jung believed that the shock of trauma would cause the soul to fracture (Vickers 2018) Therefore if this is the case, then the trauma one could argue would be in the spiritual energetic realm. To process and release this trauma one can use regression therapy to process the memory and the effects of this trauma. By doing it in the spiritual realm it can be done with no retraumatization or ill effects upon the client. Lanius (2004) reported that MRI findings show that when trauma clients relate their trauma narratives, they replay these memories through the imaging functions of the brain’s right hemisphere.

The MRI studies also strengthened the findings of Levine (2005) and Pugh (2004) who noted that by offering the nervous system right hemisphere options, such as imagery, you invite the possibility of the transformation of wounding into healing. Furthermore, hypnotherapy is based and liberally use of imagery, metaphors and insights to provide a greater understanding for the client.

“The above studies all support the re-examination of the interface between the recovery of fractured-off soul parts through regression therapy proposed by Jung, and the soul recovery approach following trauma used by Shamanic healers who for generations relied on experiences that more readily engaged the brain’s right hemisphere than the left and included the reliance on spiritual traditions and practices.” Retrieving a Soul Part that Fractured During Trauma. Jane Simington and Joan I. J. Wagner

Shamanic healers would bang drums or instruments and use their voices to put people into a trance state, or into their subconscious state, in order to access the spiritual realms where the trauma resides.

Through my activity of treating trauma in the spiritual realms, I have found that there is no need to retraumatize the clients or dissociate them. Removing trauma can be done with little ill effects for the clients. That is why when working with anorexic and bulimic clients, we need to focus on new modalities where number of sessions, amount of trauma in each session should be considered as parts of the treatment. It is encouraging to note that MRI studies have been done finding soul healing or spiritual therapies helpful. The only way to get the system to change, is for parents and clients to be aware of the different modalities and start asking these questions from their therapists. Lastly, it’s up to professionals in this industry to look at learning new skills that address the subconscious mind in their therapy for their client’s success.

There once was a king of a very wealthy kingdom. He was a good king, he looked after his people, but he was unhappy. As he walked amongst his people he noticed that they weren’t happy. His advisors showed him how his people suffered from obesity, illness, the most incarcerations, the most addictions and taking the most prescription medicine than any other kingdom in the world.

He asked his most senior advisor, what should he do? He told him to sleep on it and the answer would come. During the night the king had a dream and he saw that his people were walking around with thought clouds coming from their heads and in these clouds he could see that they held depression, anxiety, self hatred, judgment, jealousy, envy and trauma.

He woke up from this dream all sweaty and bothered and he immediately told his wizard Merlin about his dream. “I have heard about a kingdom across the seas that has a very wise king,” counselled Merlin. “Maybe you need to go and visit him.”

So he travelled to this kingdom and upon arrival, he saw that the people were happy, playful, loving, kind and he went to the king and the wise king graciously received him.

“Oh wise king”, he asked, “Why are your people so happy and you have so few people suffering, such as in my kingdom?”

The wise king asked him, “Are you hooked up to the spiritual Internet? “

“We have the best fibre optics internet in the land”, boasted the visitor.

“No, “ said the wise king, “not the actual internet, the Universal Spiritual Internet called “Source”.

“Where do I buy it? How much did it cost?” “I’ll pay for anything. My kingdom has untold riches, but my people suffer the highest addictions, the most incarcerations and are the unhappiest people in the world,” said the visiting king.

“You can’t buy it”, said the wise king. “It’s free. It’s in everyone, even the lowliest peasant. Each of us has a spiritual wifi, and the best part is there is no monthly fee.” “Your kingdom is turned off, the key in turning this switch on to this wifi, is in your mind. Your kingdom’s citizens only have the conscious mind which controls the part we use in speaking, listening, understanding, thinking. They also have the unconscious mind which controls their breathing, heart beating, and molecular functioning.”

“I know about the conscious and unconscious mind”, said the visiting king.

“But, there is a very important part of the mind that you aren’t aware of, and that’s the subconscious. This is the part that controls feelings, emotions, this is where disease originates from. This is where the trauma stays that you imprisoned there. This holds your creativity and your spirit. This is also how you communicate with Source, it is the roadmap to the Divine. Your brain only uses 10% of its capacity to manage the unconscious and conscious mind, wouldn’t you want to turn on the subconscious, the spiritual wifi and start using 90% of your brain potential?”

“That makes sense,” said the visiting king, while thinking that by increasing his people’s creative abilities he would be able to increase his economy and subsequently afford more goods and services to meet his increasing public expenses. “But I noticed that your people are truly happy”, said the visiting king ponderingly. “”Why is that so?”, he asked.

“In order to turn on this spiritual wifi, my people have to go through bliss. This wifi is not connected to their intellect, or brains, although we study the brain or mind, this subconscious is located in the heart, where true love arises.”

Not fully understanding the wise king’s words, but he was willing to do what the wise king showed him, the visiting king returned to his kingdom, turned on his spiritual wifi and soon became happy. He taught his citizens to turn on their spiritual wifi and they also became happy, and he noticed a big change for the better, and they lived happily ever after.

The End.

QHHT has been a great tool to use with clients for them to have a spiritual experience and an experience where they access their own soul, their subconscious. However, the time has come to expand both clients’ and practitioners’ experiences.

Firstly, we need to start teaching our client’s how to access their own spiritual areas or realms. We need to understand that we’re there to empower our clients. We are all spiritual beings and now we need to start teaching how to access these areas for all concerned. By doing so, we are sharing the Love

Secondly, we need to start going up with the client in session. We need to be there as an observer, innately listening, and experiencing and expanding the session with them, without leading it. Acting as a patient observer, permitting the Divine to expand, and grow the session for the client.

Thirdly, we need to open up all the spiritual realms for the clients and for ourselves. Typically, many practitioners have been limited to talking to the subconscious. But there are so many places to go and visit and experience in the spiritual realms; from the Akashic records, to the Council of Elders, to various healing Temples and so forth. We shouldn’t be limiting the client to just channeling their own Soul or their subconscious for healing.

Many practitioners have reached out and learned additional techniques like BQH, RTT, Life Between Lives and so forth to expand their skill base and provide more healing for their clients. However, working with the Divine, which provides the most powerful healing, takes time and experience. That is why a spiritual stepping stone if you will was created-The Temple of Divinity.

Fourthly, a great place of learning how to work in the spiritual realm, with the Divine is “The Temple of Divinity(™).” This was created in December of 2020. It is a special place of healing the heart, and mending the relationship with the Divine, where the Divine itself will lead the sessions. Learning about working in the spiritual realms is key for our own evolution, for our client’s and for the planets.

Fifthly, the introduction of multi-dimensionality. Our higher selves are multidimensional beings and we need to increase our own frequencies, energies to tap into this skill set. We won’t be able to do this as an observer, we need to receive the energies, healings and expanded consciousness that will permit this to happen. This is possible within the Temple of Divinity.

Sixthly, past life work is profoundly effective, however, we need to learn how to access parallel lives and even future timelines as well. Time is elastic, we shouldn’t limit ourselves to one technique or timeline.

Lastly, energy healing will become the norm in the spiritual realm. Typically, reiki energy and hypnotherapy have been separate. The time of combining the two modalities has been shown by the Divine to be key in healing. No longer will clients be asleep during the reiki sessions. You can actually do reiki or energy healing in the Temple of Divinity and bring other ascended masters, angels and guides to guide these healing sessions so that the client can be fully aware of who worked on them and reintegrate these healings successfully, into their physical and mental bodies.

We are just starting to scratch the surface of this amazing area of spiritual evolution as practitioners. The Temple of Divinity will permit us all to grow, learn, heal and evolve.

Depression is a serious mental health disorder that can be crippling. The symptoms vary, but for most people they include feelings of sadness, hopelessness and worthlessness. It’s also one of the leading causes of suicide. Hypnotherapy has been shown to help manage depression by relieving stress, increasing self-esteem and giving you control over your thoughts. If you are struggling with depression or know someone who is, read on to find out how hypnotherapy can help them overcome their condition.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of hypnosis that uses therapeutic suggestions to help you change unwanted behaviors, feelings and thoughts. The therapist will induce hypnosis in their clients using relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises or visualization. Once the client enters a trance-like state, they can begin to reprogram their brain to think positively and overcome depression for good. Hypnotherapy is treatment widely known for overcoming smoking, eating disorders, and other types of addictions. What many do not know is that hypnotherapy is also a very effective treatment for depression and other forms of mental illnesses.

How does it work to overcome depression?

The practice of hypnotherapy is one where relaxation techniques are utilized to facilitate and induce a state of hypnosis in clients. From here, the brain is reprogrammed to think positively and overcome depression for good. Depression is a serious mental health disorder that can be crippling. The symptoms vary, but for most people they include feelings of sadness, hopelessness and worthlessness. It’s also one of the leading causes of suicide which is why depression is not something to be taken lightly by anyone who suspects they or a loved one could be suffering from it.

Who can benefit from hypnotherapy for depression?

Hypnotherapy has been proven to help manage depression by relieving stress, increasing self-esteem, and giving you control over your thoughts. Many victims of depression have claimed to have tried various other treatments and medications to no avail. If you are struggling with depression or know someone who is, hypnotherapy is a treatment you should highly consider as it has shown many people who have tried it amazing results. Hypnotherapy is very safe and it works well for both children and adults.

Is it safe to use hypnotherapy for depression?

Hypnotherapy is a very safe treatment for those who are suffering from depression. It does not have any adverse side effects and hypnotherapists will never use hypnosis to try and change the person’s personality or make them do anything against their wishes. They can, however, help with stress management which will in turn assist with depressive thoughts.

How do you find a qualified hypnotherapist in your area who specializes in treating mental health issues like depression?

It is important to find a hypnotherapist who specializes in treating mental health issues. Many hypnosis practitioners will work with clients experiencing depression and other forms of stress-related conditions, however not all therapists have the training required to help effectively manage this condition. The best way to find out if your therapist has had specialised training is to check for reviews from past clients and see how their experience was like with the practitioner.

If you’re struggling with depression, hypnotherapy could be the solution. Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for many mental health issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, weight loss…the list goes on!
